I repeated the comment because I think it illustrates how folks can have a visceral reaction to politicians regardless of message. Same thing happened to Howard Dean in 2004, and Romney's comment about half of America being lazy is in the same vein as the "deplorables" comment.

I just think if we stop looking up to idols, we can start looking each other in the eye. So no, I'm no longer a Bernie supporter if he cedes his power to his "friends" in the Senate and gives up on his own revolution. We don't have time for political theater.
