Revenue Streaming
Being fairly new to Medium, I’ve only just begun to read more stories and really learn about the platform. My main goal in joining was to promote a cryptocurrency project I’m involved in, with a secondary goal of sharing thoughts, opinions and resources within a community. If that also brings in some money, so much the better, but being a fresh nobody granted me no expectations.
The idea of making some money from my writing isn’t new for me. I’ve already failed at this once with a self-published novel called Revelation. I just happened upon it on Goodreads and created an account, but I wouldn’t recommend buying it. The book’s a muddled and disjointed mess, so at least in that sense it’s true to its creator.
It’s also a testament to my vanity and cluelessness at the time, so I was content to let it die. I also signed away all but the North American rights, so when it turned up on a British website, there was nothing to do about it. The beauty of contracts and not understanding them.
