We had an Amazon distribution center come to our city in Wisconsin a couple years ago. I see the vans everywhere now and understand better just how omnipresent they are.

I wonder how changes to medical licensing could help the situation. I read of immigrant taxi drivers who would be doctors in their home country, but settle for that sort of career here. The "health" industry doesn't want the competition, I guess.
